We have developed LIXUM Pro – Wood Terrace Protection, a weather-resistant sealant specifically designed for wood, such as Douglas Fir, commonly used in terrace construction. LIXUM Pro – Wood Terrace Protection offers immediate and long-lasting protection, while caring for and maintaining the natural structure of the wood.
LIXUM Pro – Wood Terrace Protection is a completely pollutant-free, vegan, odorless, and translucent wood sealant, and is made from purely plant-based, high-quality active ingredients.
Disadvantages of Conventional Paints
Terrace floors and floorboards in outdoor areas are often treated with oil-based paints or protective oils. The oils found in these conventional products offer little resistance to weather effects (rain and moisture) and easily wash out, requiring annual or semi-annual renovation coats and constant care in order to adequately protect the wood surfaces. Intensive care is required. An annual renovation is required.
